VERTICAL VACUUM FRYING MACHINE

FEATURES:

1. It's a integrated design which consists of Heating, frying, oil storage, deoiling, dewatering, oil filter. Continuously working in a vacuum condition, so the fried product will be with very low oil.

This technology let the product to be fried in a low temperature, the taste active components of food can't dissolve out in ol, with frying moving on, the taste active components of food can be further concentrated, and the water(free water and some bound wate) inside the food will be erupted because of rapid evaporation, so cause a loose and porous structure.

2. Temperature and pressure (vacuum degree) are automatically controlled, no over-heat, no over-pressure, ensure the product quality and safe production.

3. Frequency controlled deoiling speed, is suitable for all kinds of product whatever in high olil content or low oll content.

4. Oil and water separation system can cold and separate the evaporated oil and water, reduce the pollution for water cycling, raise the water usage rate, bring down oil loss.

5. Oil filtration system: Upper and lower oll tank, oil circulating filtration in frying process, so the oll can stay clean all the time.

6. Made of food grade stainless steel, with the advantage of high effect, stable performance, easy installation and cooperation.

APPLICATIONS:

Most of fruits and vegetables which are very easy to be obtained and have attractive color, special flavor, more nutrition and low cost are much preferred to produce the crisp chips. Especially raw materials which can't be processed by traditional frying method, as pineapple, strawbery, cucumber etc. Raw materials used in common are as followed:
